June '26: McDonald Lake Public Hearing

The McDonald Lake Lake Level Authority Board will hold a public hearing to review the Special Assessment Roll and Computation of Costs on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 4:00 p.m., at the Schoolcraft County Courthouse (300 Walnut St. Manistique, MI 49854).

Appearance and protest at the hearing is required to appeal the amount of the proposed special assessment. All objections must be received by the date of the hearing. Any person objecting to the assessment roll must protest by doing one of the following:

1. Attending the public hearing on June 4, 2026.

2. Submitting a written objection by email to schoolcraftlakelevels@gmail.com

3. Submitting a written objection by mail addressed to:

McDonald Lake Authority
