The lake level special assessment roll lists the parcels included in the 2026-2027 McDonald Lake special assessment and their tentative assessment amounts. The computation of costs is the estimated breakdown of costs that the assessment will pay for. The total cost is the total amount assessed to property owners.
Neither document is final until both the Lake Authority Board and Schoolcraft County Board of Commissioners vote to approve it.
